I have several websites selling Kobe beef (from USA), but I know his reputation prior to imitate. Has anyone bought meat from Morgan Ranch Kobe, brothers Allen, Snake River Farms beef and Yama, the preference or any other source on the Internet? Thank you!

I bought a small order of 1-800-kobebeef in 2007. The order came on time and the meat was excellent. I asked again in 2008. I received an order confirmation of my order. Then nothing. My credit card was charged.I e-mail customer service. No answer. I found a phone that works, and told me that small orders are as special orders, it may take longer. A few months later I called the number again to enter. I asked about the charge removed from my credit card. I said it was not possible, but my order will be sent immediately. It came the next day with a meat pounder with no additional cost. The product and price are important, but customer service as you can see, leaves much to be desired.
